All production of new work is on hold... as I just found an SX-70 at a car boot and bought 6 films for it! A design masterpiece aesthetically... as well as a really functional SLR Polaroid. I loves it.

Bill Owens is the boss man of documenting 1950's/50's suburban America. It speaks for itself. But if you need more, go pick up 'Suburbia' or 'Leisure' as the quotes from the subjects are a priceless insight into the original era of off the shelf optimism
